This renovation encompasses three bathrooms, the primary closet, and the primary bedroom. With resale in mind, the design prioritizes updates that are both beautiful and a thoughtful investment. Building upon the clients’ existing selections including countertops, faucets, and vanity mirrors. The remaining spaces are being refreshed through refinished cabinetry, new tile, and updated brushed nickel shower and tub fixtures. The design bridges the home’s Mediterranean inspired architecture with the clients’ evolving mountain transitional aesthetic, expressed through a sophisticated palette of cool blues and grays.
